Actum Real Estate Investment GmbH is an independent and owner-managed service company for real estate purchases and sales. We also advise you in the area of property management as a portfolio holder or for your corporate property.
At an institutional level, we offer holistic M&A real estate transaction services. We provide you, our client, with: reliable market access, individual review and assessment of the property or portfolio, management and control of internal and external stakeholders, and negotiation of the purchase agreement.
Our top priority in the interest of our customers is to act sustainably and thus achieve the best possible result for you. We see ourselves as your competent sparring partner. Since we do not provide brokerage services, we can operate independently and across markets.

For buyers
We handle the entire real estate purchase and sale process for you, from finding the right property to handing over the keys.
For sellers
We work with you to analyze the potential within your real estate portfolio and identify suitable measures to increase potential sales proceeds prior to the purchase, such as increasing value through rent optimization and other pre-sale measures. Our extensive national and international network allows us to target investors and coordinate the entire sales process (bidding or direct sale). At the same time, we are not a real estate agent and, as transaction managers, we distinguish ourselves from brokerage activities.
For portfolio holders
We work with you to analyze your real estate needs, optimize leases, potentially search for a new location, and negotiate your lease. We can also help you review your real estate-related costs to identify potential savings.
For example, we have handled site searches for corporate properties and lease negotiations for international private equity firms, and we have provided support with real estate-related issues.
