Actum Real Estate Investment is an independent, owner-operated real estate service company specialized in real estate acquisition & sales. We lead and accompany the complete acquisition and sales process starting from the individual search of the most suitable property until the handing over of the property.
We offer real estate M&A transaction service on institutional level for family offices, institutional and private investors as well as for companies. You as our customer can expect: reliable market access, individual examination and assessment of the selected property or portfolio, leading and controlling internal and external partners, negotiating the purchase contract.
